These Terms of Use govern your use of VerIQ AI Plant Doctor. By using VerIQ, you agree to these terms.

1. Informational service

VerIQ uses automated systems to provide plant identification, visible-health observations, care suggestions, and follow-up guidance. Results are estimates and may be inaccurate. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for valuable, toxic, agricultural, or safety-sensitive plants.

2. Acceptable use

You may use VerIQ only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, evade credit controls, misuse coupons, submit unlawful content, or interfere with other users or service infrastructure.

3. Photos and content

You remain responsible for photos, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights necessary to process that content and provide the requested service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

4. Credits and purchases

Some VerIQ functions require credits. Credit costs are displayed in the app and may vary by feature. Purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and are subject to their respective applicable terms and refund procedures. Except where required by law or Apple or Google Play policy, used credits are not refundable.

5. Availability and changes

AI models, networks, and cloud services can be temporarily unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, credit costs, or supported languages, and may release updates needed for security or reliability.

6. Intellectual property

VerIQ, its design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by VerIQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms provide a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerIQ is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerIQ and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, plant loss, property damage, or decisions made based on automated guidance.

9. Termination

We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address abuse. You may stop using VerIQ at any time.
